FAQ's TO MAKE ORDERING EASIER

All you need to know about catering orders, delivery and policies.

 

DO YOU INCLUDE DISPOSABLE PLATES AND CUTLERY?

We offer disposable plates, cutlery. Our disposables range from $0.55 per plate up to $0.95 per full set of plate, fork, and knife. Napkins are automatically included free of charge of every catering order.

ARE YOU AN ALLERGEN FREE FACILITY?

We are not an allergen free or nut free facility.  We do our best to accommodate your needs however, we cannot guarantee zero cross contamination.  Gluten free, dairy free and vegetarian options are available to order. 

DO YOU PROVIDE SPECIAL EVENT CATERING?

Yes, our event coordinators are able to help you build your event from start to finish including staffing, bartending, table and rental arrangements. For special event catering, please direct inquires to Tal Rozin at [email protected]

WHERE DO YOU DELIVER?

We deliver all across Toronto and the GTA. Food is delivered from 7:30 am to 5:30 pm Monday to Friday and from 8:00 am to 3:00pm on Saturday. We are available for catering on Saturday with advance notice of 48 hours. We deliver food in 45-minute windows that you can choose, and 1-hour window on weekends. If you request a specific delivery (ie 12 noon), we will automatically make the beginning of the delivery window 45 minutes before the deadline. (ie. 11.15am-12.00pm) Please note that our delivery service is strictly a drop-off service, our drivers do not unpack or do set-ups.

Delivery charges vary depending on your location.

IS THERE A MINIMUM ORDER?

Orders must be $85.00 (before taxes) for delivery. Please note that most menu items also have minimum quantity requirements for delivery. For Saturday & Sunday, Minimum order is $250 before taxes & delivery.

Pickup Orders are not subject to the $85 delivery minimum.

For long distance deliveries, there may be an increase in the required minimum order.

HOW DO YOU SERVE GOOD FOOD?

Good food means the world to us - and so does its presentation. We go to great lengths to make every platter and dish look aesthetically pleasing. Each dish is served with a clear lid for an elegant presentation, whether in the boardroom or the dining hall.

HOW DO YOU DELIVER HOT FOOD?

We believe hot food should be eaten while it’s still hot. We cook entrées right before delivery and pack them in thermal hot boxes for the hottest possible delivery.

WHAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL MY ORDER?

Orders may be cancelled with a minimum of 24 hours' notice on business days. For a Monday order, please cancel before end of business day on Friday For a weekend order, please provide 48 hours notice of cancellation. Large or special orders may require 48-72 hours' notice.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept corporate cheques (with a completed and approved credit application), Visa, Mastercard and American Express.
