Terms and Conditions

Cancelation Policy 24 hours notice is required for any order. Less than 24 hours prior to the event may result in full charge. Delivery The given delivery charge of a particular order depends upon the proximity to our restaurant, volume of the order and difficulty of the delivery. All deliveries that lie within walking distance of our catering kitchen are subject to a $7.50-$10.00 delivery charge. For farther locations, please request a quote upon ordering. Minimum Order Most of our items have a minimum order as stated in the menu. However, for long-distant deliveries from the restaurant location might be subject to a different minimum. Please allow at least 24 hours notice when placing an order, however please note some menu items may require at least 72 hours notice. We will also try our best to accommodate any of your last minute orders. Delivery Hours 7:30am to 5:30pm Monday to Friday excluding holidays. A premium may be charged for deliveries not within this time frame. To accommodate all our customers delivery orders may arrive up to 60 minutes early. Please advise us ahead of time if this will be a problem. Payment We accept VISA, MasterCard, Amex. corporate accounts available with submitted account application and approved credit card. Credit terms for corporate accounts are net 30 days. 2% interest per month will be charged on outstanding invoices. Tax Exempt Organizations To be eligible for tax exempt status we require that copies of your organization's Certificate of Exemption Number. Sales Tax Exempt Purchaser Certificate will be kept on file. Rentals We co-ordinate rental and delivery of china, flatware, chafing dishes, linens, tables and chairs, gas ovens, BBQ equipment, etc. Minimum 72 hours notice. Waiters Waiters can be arranged for any event, charges will be $29/hour during the week, or $35/hour during weekends. Minimum of 4 hours. 72 hours notice is required. Pricing We reserve the right to adjust prices on published menu items based on market fluctuations and item availability. Price changes may not be reflected on our menus. Our staff will make every effort to communicate price changes when an order is placed. Discounts Now we offer quantity discounts: Most of our prices are now in a 3 tier system, so the larger your order the more you save. Please note that we also have minimums for each of our items. In order for one to take advantage of the 3 tier system you must order a large quantity of the same item, you may not combine different items to move to a higher tier. If we accept an order below our minimums an extra charge may be applied. No tier discounts offered for same-day orders. Food Presentation Our food arrives on plastic lucre trays with transparent covers. The trays are disposable, however, they are dishwasher-safe and can be re-used several times, so please save the earth and don't dispose of them after one use. We also offer ceramic trays for VIP presentation at a 15% charge to the food cost, and extra charge for pickup. Food Allergies Upon request, we will make every effort to supply a list of ingredients for our products as well as for any products supplied through outside vendors. However, due to production processes, Pumpernickel's makes no guarantees, implied or otherwise, that cross contamination has not occurred with ingredients not specifically listed. Disposable Plates and Utensils We are using the finest quality plates utensils made from plastic that gives the impression of eating from real china. Our food simply looks and tastes better on these plates! The price for disposables is subsidized with a food order to $5.99 for a sealed set of 12 plates and utensils. Delivery of Hot Food Hot food will be served in disposable foil trays, practical for reheating if necessary. However, the food will arrive hot and ready to eat. Should you need chafing dishes we supply for a fee of $29.00 per dish and a pick-up charge at the same rate of delivery charge.
