DO YOU INCLUDE DISPOSABLE PLATES AND CUTLERY?

We offer two kinds of disposables.  Our biodegradable set and our plastic set called First Impressions, ranging from $0.55 per person to $0.79 per person.

ARE YOU AN ALLERGEN FREE FACILITY?

We are not an allergen free or nut free facility.  We do our best to accommodate your needs however, we cannot guarantee any cross contamination.  Gluten free, dairy free and vegetarian options are available to order. 

WHERE DO YOU DELIVER?

We deliver all across Toronto and the GTA. Food is delivered from 7:30 am to 5:30 pm Monday to Friday. Our head office location is open on Saturday for catering orders.  Our delivery window is 30 minutes earlier than your requested delivery time.  On busy days, we may require a delivery window of 45 minutes to an hour earlier than requested delivery time. 

Delivery charges vary depending on your location.

IS THERE A MINIMUM ORDER?

Orders must be $85.00 (before taxes) for delivery. Please note that most menu items also have minimum quantity requirements for delivery.

For long distance deliveries, there may be an increase in the required minimum order.

DO YOU OFFER VOLUME DISCOUNTS?

We offer three tiers of discounts based on quantity.

HOW DO YOU SERVE GOOD FOOD?

Good food means the world to us - and so does its presentation. We go to great lengths to make every platter and dish look aesthetically pleasing. Each dish is served with a clear lid for an elegant presentation, whether in the boardroom or the dining hall.

HOW DO YOU DELIVER HOT FOOD?

We believe hot food should be eaten while it’s still hot. We cook entrées right before delivery and pack them in thermal hot boxes for the hottest possible delivery.

Chaffing dishes are available for a rental fee of $30.00*. Give us a call to find out more about rental equipment and servers.

We use only high quality, recyclable plates and utensils. Biodegradable plates are also available. Prices range from .50 to .79 per person.

WHAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL MY ORDER?

Orders may be cancelled with a minimum of 24 hours' notice. Large or special orders may require 48-72 hours' notice.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept corporate cheques (with a completed and approved credit application), Visa, Mastercard and American Express.
